Common questions
Do I pay government fees on top?
Yes. Official fees go to the government at cost and we list them on your quote. For example, an employer declaration costs PLN 400 in fees.
Do I need to visit an office?
Usually not. Applications are filed online. For residence cards, your worker attends one office appointment for fingerprints, and we prepare them for it.
Can you work with us in English?
Yes. Calls, written updates and invoices can all be in English. We also work in Polish and Ukrainian, so we can speak with your staff directly.
Are you a law firm?
No. We are a compliance consultancy. We prepare and file documents and track deadlines. When a case needs legal representation, for example an appeal in court, we refer you to partner counsel.
We already use an employment agency. Can you still help?
Yes. Many employers use us alongside an agency for their directly hired staff. We also handle overflow casework for agencies themselves.
Let's look at your case
